Meet Tim
Tim started coaching at the age of 19 as a strength and conditioning intern at Advanced Therapy and Performance in Stamford, CT. During his internship he helped coach middle school, high school, college and MLB baseball players in the weight room to improve athletic performance. During his undergraduate years, he studied exercise science at Adelphi University where he also played college baseball. Having a strong knowledge of exercise physiology, Tim went on to pursue a masters degree at Merrimack College where he graduated with a Masters of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning. During his graduate studies, he was a graduate strength and conditioning coach at Tufts University where he helped coach 15+ varsity D3 teams.
After working in the collegiate strength and conditioning sector, Tim has moved on to help a vast variety of different training populations. Understanding deeply about exercise physiology and different training systems, he can lead you to your fitness goals. From sports performance, to increasing muscle mass and bone density, or even to get out of daily aches and pains. Tim can help improve your quality of life based off his training programs and methods. Outside of fitness, he is a board sport enthusiast which includes snowboarding, skateboarding, and surfing. Tim currently resides in Mamaroneck, New York where he grew up.
