Meet Danny

  Danny has grown up in rye and played sports here his entire life. He is also a volunteer firefighter in Rye. Danny studied homeland security, emergency preparedness, and cybersecurity at the University at Albany. While he hoped to one day be a career firefighter or police officer, fitness has always been his passion in life. Danny started his fitness journey many years ago as a high school freshman wrestler who was overweight and losing every match. After losing 50 pounds he started to build his body back up to make himself the best athlete he could be. Danny has always been obsessed with fitness ever since that day. He believes in well structured, thought out programming. Everything is goal oriented and he works toward reaching that goal every workout. Programming changes and adapts as your body adapts to it. Programs will utilize all modalities of training from body weight to resistance training techniques. Cardio programming, core stability, flexibility and mobility sessions, and recovery strategies to refresh the body and mind after each training session are also a large part of his training.
