Avery is a dedicated NASM-certified personal trainer and Pain-Free Performance Certified Specialist (PPSC) with a lifelong passion for health, movement, and athletic performance. With a background in basketball, track, and golf, Avery brings a well-rounded, sports-driven perspective to fitness, emphasizing strength, mobility, and injury prevention.

Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, Avery developed an early understanding of the discipline and mindset required to succeed—both on and off the field. That foundation led to a career in personal training, where he now works with clients of all fitness levels to build strength, improve function, and feel their absolute best.

Working out and staying fit has been a passion to Avery for over 6 years now. Known for a positive, energetic coaching style, Avery takes pride in designing personalized training programs that empower clients to move better, train smarter, and stay consistent.
